Through doing your exercises/activities I have realised that I don't practice mindfulness in my everyday life. My mind very rarely stops. When undertaking a task, I am pretty much always thinking of everything else i "have' to do. I am now conscious of this, thank you. Definitely want to change the way I function daily in a more positive, less stressful, mindful way. I am sincerely grateful to you for this course, it was a big eye opener. Thank you x
