Clarissa Hughes is an accredited Mindfulness coach, Yoga Nidra teacher, writer, speaker, mother and lover of life. She skillfully guides people to deepen their connection to body, heart and soul in her private practice based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Clarissa teaches busy women to find calm, ease, clarity, confidence and contentment.
